Established in 2004, ESQUIRE EXPRESS was formed by attorneys with the goal of providing professional settlement services of the highest quality to the real estate and mortgage industries. Tamara received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona (1995), and her law degree from Widener University School of Law (2000). Following law school, Tamara clerked for the Honorable Lee B. Laskin, J.S.C. (recall) in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County, Family Part. Tamara is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey; as well as before the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. She is a New Jersey court-appointed mediator. Tamara served as Deputy Attorney General in the Division of Law for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. In that capacity, she represented numerous State agencies, including the New Jersey Division of State Police, the Department of Corrections, and the State Parole Board in various employment actions and complex Constitutional matters. During her tenure with the Office of the Attorney General, she additionally gained substantial experience in election law matters. As a Deputy Attorney General, Tamara argued numerous appeals in Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, and was invited to serve on a Homeland Security Taskforce for the Division of Law. Today, Tamara's legal practice emphasizes the representation of buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions. In addition, she handles matters pertaining to zoning and land use, distressed property, estate planning, employment law, municipal court, civil rights litigation, and mattes of general liability.
